2% total when your home sells

Not The Typical 5-6% Upfront Commission Like Other Agents

I will list your home on the MLS in either CT or NY completely for FREE! This will include professional photos and a home tour video, at no cost to you.

My fee would be 2% of the sale price when the home sells, which covers the entire transaction (including my contribution towards the buyer's side commission). This means you save 2-3% on unnecessary buyer agent commissions. To sell your home quickly, I'm willing to take a lower commission, which gives you more negotiating power when offers come in.

Free MLS Listing

I will get it listed on the MLS for Free (a $300 value) and attempt to get it Sold within the next 30 days or less. I will do 100% of the work and organize all the showings for you.

Safety and Security

For your safety and security, we require that every buyer can show they are pre-qualified or has proof of funds, prior to seeing your home and that a licensed real estate agent accompanies them at every showing. There is nothing worse than allowing strangers off the street (ie: Zillow Shoppers) into your home, without having any clue as to who they are or their intentions.

Free Professional Photos & Video

I will take professional photos and create a video home tour for you, at my expense (an $800 value, see samples below). I will syndicate your listing on Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, and all the major broker websites ie: Compass, KW, Century 21, Berkshire Hathaway, etc.

Non-Exclusive Listing Agreements.

Our listing agreement is Non-Exclusive, which means I will still allow you to sell the home on your own, and if you bring a buyer, then you owe me nothing. I would only ask for you to list your home for 30 days. If at any time you feel that our relationship isn’t what you expected then you can fire me at any time and we will stop the listing.
